Logline: Story about a young photographer, who has a sad past life of her mother and has problems with her father. She participates in International Photography Festival of Arles and dreams of going and living there. Story is told parallel to flood event which took place in Tbilisi City, Georgia, in 2015. Vincent Van Gogh is inspiration for the hero.
